At the beginning of March I bought a car at HP car, s.350 km later I drove to my own garage because I heard some rattling when the engine was cold .. It turned out that the timing chain had to be replaced immediately. they even a few parts against that were already loose. (So it could have really gone wrong.) When I called HP after my car was made and how much this joke had cost me and maybe could get a compensation of 200 euros (total costs) chain replaced 1150 euros) they first said that I had been scammed by my own garage (they could have had half made and the costs we had shared). Meanwhile I had emailed the bill and then I am again to make the call. This was mid-May.We then agreed that HP Auto, s would transfer 150 euros. (end of May / beginning of juini) To date, not a cent seen, and never will come. .I will never buy a car there again. Not so much because I have the dist had to have a ribbed chain replaced, but how they treat you and then do not honor an appointment.

I bought 2006 Mitsubishi Colt from HP Cars in Soest. During the test drive I noticed that the display where the clock / radio and consumption is shown did not work. She promised to repair this and she also promised that a new battery would come in. There was still a new MOT, and she wanted to deliver it well, and they were busy so it was going to take 7 days, she said. I bought the car and paid a deposit of 500. Then I waited a week and called to ask when I could pick up the car. Then I was told that it was not yet possible, because they had not received the license plate yet. When I was further asked, "I told you that it is an import car from Germany, and we have not yet received the license plate from the RDW, but it can come in any moment". They had not told me this at all and when I still couldn't pick up the car after 2 weeks, I said that I wanted to cancel the purchase. They were fine, but they were not going to return the deposit of 500, -. So I waited anyway, and almost 3 weeks after purchase I could pick up the car. They asked if I wanted to transfer fixed money in advance so that they could register the car in name, I did not do this. When I came to pick up the car, I had a look, then the display still turned out not to work. The seller said: "I think that's how it should be, I have a new car and the display is also very difficult to read." After a lot of nagging, 75, - was deducted from the price, because I didn't feel like waiting any longer for the car, and having to drive back and forth for 45 minutes. In the first few days that I used the car I found out that the battery was not good (It had not been replaced), the CD changer was broken, belts in the back were simply clamped between the seat and not fastened with a bolt at the bottom were made. I called the seller about this, he said he would discuss what he could do, and call back, after which I did not hear anything again, after trying to contact again several times my phone number was blocked by him, I did get him on the telephone by calling with unknown number. I asked him what else he could do about it. He told me “I'm not going to do anything about that car anymore, I understand your problem, you can call me with all kinds of other numbers, but I'm not going to do anything about it. Bye." After which he disconnected. The seller I dealt with was called Hans, he is also a seller or owner of Ghaddari cars in Soest.

There I went .. Looking for my new carriage! I was sure it had to be a Suzuki Swift. White or black. Been to the south, towards the coast and I am from the middle of the Netherlands .. Until I saw THE carriage I wanted on the internet. But it turned out to be too good to be true. My father always said 'never shot is always wrong' So I called to look at the car. There he stood, I fell in love again, I sat on a pink cloud and from that moment on in a white Suzuki still in love. Many thanks to the good care and the nice contact with the people of HP cars. Certainly no word lied! So remember, "Never shot is always wrong"!

a few months ago we bought a car with hp cars for the first time. We were helped well. They kept their word and helped us when it turned out that something was broken about the car. We think that is good service. Make clear agreements yourself to prevent misunderstandings. For example, there was only a misunderstanding with us when the car was delivered, but in the end we are satisfied. We assume that this will also be the case in the future and that we can always come back to them if there is something wrong with the car. We have a good feeling about hp cars soest and are now driving a wonderful car.
