Edit: it ended well in the end! Thank you very much!! Regardless of the treatment itself, because my doctor is super nice from 2006 I have this doctor. During corona lock-down I had a telephone consultation. 2 months ago I received a bill from CZ for this telephone consultation of € 252, xx !!! I went to the desk, Mrs. cheerfully says "are legally determined amounts" which is totally NOT true and she said "it is force majeure". Now I am 2 months later I have called them numerous times, every x they say we will call back. I was called 1x by a lady who said that it will be credited, shortly afterwards I was called by a man who indicated that he is the board .. they would come back to call again, they would call again .. another week we heard nothing else! Cz called, they haven't received anything yet. In the meantime called again, we are working on it .. hope it will be alright now ..
