Worst service and staff possible this business should be closed as the poor business operating hours and lack of help to people make it pointless to have them operating! I have no idea why this office exists as they are unable to help at all apart from tell you to pay and go away, zero sympathy, genuine interest or compassion. A real disappointing experience and brings shame to Roosendal, it's really very sad that such horrible people are able to represent the town. The reviews speak for themselves of the experiences that people have here! 👎

Extending the license 2 weeks ago was not possible via the website. So there and in the morning at 9 o'clock. Apparently they don't like to see you that early, with a lot of effort and a grumpy head the very elegantly filled lady got up and asked what she could help me with. If it had been possible she would have conjured me away so that she could sit further on her desk chair and stare at the screen with a cup of coffee. Collecting money is Roosendaal familiar, kindness? Never mind, isn't this a business card for Roosendaal? A smile could not get away from it, nor a pleasant day. I almost said: I pay your salary, customer management is parking management in every respect, in terms of opening times and how you can pay, but especially how they should deal with the citizen. If you have nothing to look for, Roosendaal avoids unless you lives then strength desired.

My experience with Parking Management is positive. I had a problem activating my parking permit in the parking app. I called parking management and my report was dealt with very energetically. The problem was solved the same morning by an extremely correct employee of Parking Management. The parking app you have to use is a drama, by the way, but this is not the place to discuss it extensively. The experience I had with the parking management inspectors was also positive. They spoke to me nicely and thought along. As far as I'm concerned, neat. As an inspector, you probably don't get it right ...

Today the neighbor (80+) had to go to an appointment at Schoonenberg hearing comfort at the new market in Roosendaal. She asked me if I could go with her as she is very ill. When I arrived at the bollard to enter the market, I kindly asked the parking manager if she could drop the post so that I could drop Mrs at the door. The employee did not listen to this and could not imagine how it should be to be less valid. To make matters worse she started to talk about her own ailments. Of course we did not have time for that and then went back home in the matter. Parking management Roosendaal, chapeau! Even the elderly will have to succumb to your 'service-oriented' regime! And with regard to the employee who spoke to us, Thank you for your service orientation and your ability to think. I hope for you that you will not be missing anything later. #worthless
