After an unpleasant buying experience at another car company, which meant that our car had to be scrapped after 3 months and was therefore more than 5000, - lighter, we had to look for another car. We arrived at auto krook. The owner takes the time for you and an extensive test drive is no problem. Despite the high mileage of the car, Albert assured us that the car was in good condition and would certainly not be a bad buy. After some doubts still go to buy. When we were able to pick up the car after two weeks, things immediately went wrong after the drive home. ANWB there and it turned out to be the dynamo that had given up the ghost. Albert called and immediate action was taken. The car was picked up and the same day we could pick up the car again with a brand new alternator. Top! service! from car krook. We have been driving around with our Volvo v50 for some time now without any problems. Albert did not lie when he said with conviction that I know that I am selling you a good car. We will definitely come back here for our next car.

At the beginning of last week I had contact by telephone in a very pleasant and correct manner. All my questions were answered properly and completely during the days leading up to the test drive ... and smoothly! Last Saturday, after days of bad weather, it finally happened. I liked the test drive and I had a few questions and comments. This was listened to and it was picked up. Today had the delivery and everything was handled very adequately. Simply arrange everything from the couch, from transferring to ascription and indemnification: ideal! I look back with great pleasure on the extremely friendly contact, both with Albert and Miguel. The latter mainly helped me: very good, customer-oriented and advisory .. great! A company that I recommend and where I could make a purchase with pleasure and confidence. Things are taken care of properly and quickly. Absolutely recommended, especially with this service and now I have a beautiful, well-maintained car!
