So, now the measure is really full. Too bad you can't leave a review without stars. Because they are not even worth that one star here. As a resident of Loosduinen, I no longer manage my municipal affairs in my own neighborhood. If I arrive before 5 pm to hand in papers, I am informed that the cashier has already been closed. After all, as a civil servant you will go home 5 minutes later! They have never been friendly and after all these years I have given up hope that that will ever change. And I find that very bad in a neighborhood where the village mentality is still of paramount importance. Customer-friendliness is therefore really not number 1 here. I don't think they even realize that we are customers. The gentlemen who welcome you at the door are very nice. But unfortunately they cannot compete with so much grumpiness. From now on, despite the parking problem, I will go to Escamp. After all, the costs are the same. But the friendliness and helpfulness are 100 times better there. 1 less neighborhood resident.

Although I had my doubts about the new appointment system, it works fine. Can go every day and was even helped earlier than the appointment time as it was quiet. There is also just an option for free entry but then you have a chance of waiting time. Furthermore, the product was ready on time and could simply be collected without an appointment. Excellent service. Do not understand the dissatisfaction about the location and service. The 1 star reviews are not correct.
