Intex Trading

Intex seems like a very serious company to me. Very comfortable mattresses and many other great products. I bought a product from them and after a few weeks I had a problem with it. I contacted them, and they helped me immediately, sending me a completely new product even twice. Excellent customer service from Miss Anne. I recommend them 100% Thanks, Attila

Could not reply to your response but the case number is 1010126 Outrageous how they deal with consumers .. this year ordered a complete Swimming Pool with all the trimmings .. Had 1 summer .. I already noticed during the summer that I always had to top up some water but thought it could have evaporated due to the warm weather . Cleaning up the pool last week I saw countless small holes in the bottom of the pool .. after having contacted this organization they pointed out to me that there is only a 3 month warranty on it .. nice and easy when I have the pool in April bought .. set up at the end of June and dismantled last week .. they are scammers!

Actually, I don't feel like posting a revieuw .. because after 3 weeks of emailing back and forth and taking 2 free time off due to incorrect deliveries .. our problem is finally resolved properly! The reason I am writing here is that we have found it really very annoying that you cannot be reached by phone and are also not willing to call to just discuss things properly. Our family is going through a rough time and I can tell you that all you don't want is to email back and forth through a site that often doesn't do well. I am very satisfied with Intex, just read on the internet that you had to make a case, did that and explained what the problem was, sent photos, quick answer and sent the code number of the jacuzzi cut-out photo on request and 2 days later a courier with a new jacuzzi at the door. TOP service. Thank you Intex!

Super service. Emailed yesterday that a seat of the canoe was torn, and received a new one today.
