Just came back from my appointment with Kwikfit to have my front window replaced. The guy said my appointment wasn't in their system, so I asked him why I received a confirmation email yesterday. He didn't know but -in typical Dutch customer service fashion- went on to say it was my fault for not making the appointment "correctly". I wanted to show him the email, but then all of a sudden he "believed me". In the end I wasted the whole morning loading and unloading my bicycle into my car, resulting into my the car being dirty and me losing several hours at work (which costs me money). Worst of all, the crack in my front window is still there. They may be good mechanics (I don't know), but their sucky IT department and the guy's weird attitude make sure I'll never go there again. By the way, I gave them 1 star, because 0 is apparently not possible.
