What a great service! Due to a misunderstanding on our side, the plants were not accepted at the delivery address, so they were returned. Luc and his team have not only repackaged and sent the plants, but even without additional shipping costs, which were actually expected and agreed. How very nice! With a smile in his voice everything is arranged super fast without having to feel like a fool at any time, what a relief in these times. Compliments to Luc and his team !! And certainly not unimportant: the plants are very neat and will do beautifully for us Merci Luc and team and see you soon horns for the rest of the garden! Kind regards from Family van Kasteel

We too have given up the fight against the boxwood moth. At the beginning of September the hedge was again full of caterpillars. So get out! First looked for a replacement at the garden center in the area, but we were shocked by the prices. Then searched the internet and we ended up at buxusvervanger.nl. Lots of choice, beautiful plants for little money. Our choice fell on the Euonymus japonicus “Aureomarginatus, a good choice if I say so myself. Ordering was easy. Communication on delivery date perfect. In short, this company is definitely recommended!

Whole boxwood hedge eaten away by the caterpillars of the boxwood moth, I ended up on the site of Buxus-Replacement via google after a long time of hesitation, I still had telephone contact with Mr Jan of this company ever since then, I had a very good feeling. Even after calling several times and maybe asking them the same question, they kept answering all your questions as a layman nicely and neatly. Order placed, all telephone appointments are neatly fulfilled. Package received, everything neatly without damage and very beautiful plants am really satisfied. A top of a company with good customer service. For me a must.

Best boxwood substitute. Yesterday I received my plants, Ilex crenata “Luxus Hedge”. Neatly delivered, beautiful plants and planned today. I am very satisfied with the result. Simply via the internet. Thanks!
