Bad experience with owners of this furniture store. They had placed a very nice cupboard on a market place called a sleek model Biedermeier gate cupboard. After a while we were able to pick up the cupboard and once there the cupboard turned out to be packed in cardboard because it had been in the attic for years for protection. My husband thought it was fine and as always he takes the cupboard without any suspicion. Once home, it turns out to be a completely different model, very old-fashioned. Because I had bought the cupboard for a customer to restyle, I immediately sent a message to the owners of this case that this had to be a mistake? To which I literally received the following reaction: "The cupboard in the image may be different in detail, but less wide and less old than the cupboard purchased. You can always sell it again". I think you can't deal with customers like that, lure them with beautiful pictures and then give them a completely different ugly cupboard, they also don't give any further reaction.
