Uhh..okay service; went to buy a few things for my bike. However, the employee providing me the service looked impatient and I had the impression that he was eager for me to leave. Thank goodness there is another bike shop in town.

Top service! Due to miscommunication, wrong bike color was delivered but they solved it the same day and delivered the right color. And I don't live nearby. I am really happy and very friendly people! 😀

Very nice help in the store. Time was taken for us and we thought about the options we wanted with our Urban Arrow. After our purchase, the bicycle was neatly delivered to us on the agreed day. Good service, at a decent price!
