I had a very special situation. I was advised to go to this store for quality service. I am used to buying a pair of new leather boots to measure your feet and calf. This was not done; I only got a pair of boots in size 40 because they didn't want to give me my size 38. No customization at all. Weird .. Especially if you want to buy a boot of 300 euros.
