Such a bad service. I would never recommend this company. They do not let you know if there is a problem with the delivery. So you have to try to connect with them which is impossible on the phone. The chat is working tho. There you will receive another promise. Pretty curious how this will end, if ever...

This is the worst company I dealt with in my life, if you can avoid them then I strongly suggest that. I waited for a table and chairs which for 3 months, after being told it would arrive in September, I called and they told me no order was in process for me. After that I had the order sent to a wrong address. After that I got a chair with wrong parts. After that I got confirmation that the correct parts would be re sent. That re send never came so here I am with their klanten service again. At one point it starts looking like a joke.

6-10 weeks delivery time somehow becomes 16 weeks, if I'm lucky, without contacting me about anything. You have to contact them every single time if you want to know what is going on with your order, because even if it's a year delayed they will not bother to tell you this untill you ask.

Ordered two items online, both were showing as 'in stock'. Well after the order was submitted I received an email stating one item was in fact not in stock and would be delivered 12-16 weeks later! I tried to cancel the order... No response from the company. Here I am 18 weeks later still waiting with no delivery date in sight. Unsurprisingly, I highly recommend never ever ordering from this website.

Ive been waiting for the delivery of chairs for about 5 months now. I need to keep contacting them for the status of my order and they keep saying it will be delivered soon, very disappointing.
