Charm that is lost after 3 months of wear, while the reaction was that the eyes are really very sturdy ..... is contradictory. You don't make a purchase for that.
Nothing could be done for the customer because the purchase is "after all" already 3 months ago .... yes 20% discount and order a new one ..... yes bye! Then again the same "quality"? Have charms that have been hanging on the same bracelet for 20/30 years .....
it was a good service. nice store and customer friendly. I was even allowed to fit my old charms into the new bracelet. They give good advice. I advise people to go to the store themselves, they have everything
