Very satisfied! My dog Greetje has passed away and I wanted to have something close to me. I didn't have a paw print, but I did have a close-up of her beautiful nose. I also already had an existing ring that is very dear to me, and when asked if Jacqueline could do something for me, she said yes. An appointment was made in no time and wow, what a pleasant visit that was. She took the time for me and I did not feel at all concerned that I came for 'just a dog'. She was understanding and listened to my wishes, and understood my intense love for Greetje. She came up with nice ideas herself and that is how my idea really takes shape. She started working on it and I can say that I am pleasantly surprised by the end result. I am completely in love with my ring, so Greetje is always close by. Jacqueline, thank you very much for everything! 😘
