It has a great landscape, and offers great views over tens of kilometers of land. It has a easily walkable route, and some benches next to the path. I recommend to visit this place in the morning, like 7:30, it gives the most beautiful view and nature is waking up at that moment.

A great find. Go late august early september to see the heide bloom. Accessible by car, bike and walk

The Mookerheide is a lovely place to go for either a short or a long hike. If you look around you'll probably even see some Highland Cattle. There are some steep climbs so keep in mind that you have to be somewhat fit to enjoy walking here.
