While this is not a 5-star restaurant, we did have a 5-star experience here. We visited twice in one day. The first stop was for some post-lunch ice cream. It was delicious and the owner informed us it was made in-house. Creme brulee was our favorite.
The second visit occurred later that night after we had sampled beers at a couple of other places in Mook. The food hit the spot and was a real Netherlands experience.
On both visits the staff was friendly and spoke excellent English.
