On Monday I received a bouquet for my birthday. After the delivery and a thank you to the sender, it turned out that a vase should have been delivered, but there was none. The sender also indicated that chrysanthemums should not be used because I am very allergic to them. So they were there. The vase was delivered after a phone call from the sender, but no replacement for the chrysanthemums that I had to get from the bouquet.

Super cheerful, creative bunch of flowers (more beautiful than in the photo 😁) with a free personal message on a nice card and delivered on time. Recommended!

Turned a bouquet into a bouquet without flowers with pollen, which has become incredibly beautiful. I also called, because the recipient of the bouquet was unexpectedly less at home and they took this into account, perfect!
