I have, three times now, ordered from this shop on line. There are a couple issues for me in filling out the form because of translation into English, but it's a minor point. Every time I use this florist, the flowers arrive on time and are of a much higher quality than I anticipated. The arrangements seem to be impossible at their very reasonable rates. The customer service is spot on, and I really appreciate having a reliable service at such a distance. As a note, if you want to send something extraordinary "just because" try the orange roses. They're amazing.

Always beautiful flowers, nice seasonal pieces and beautiful plants. A flower in a ready-made bouquet was quickly exchanged for a fresh rose. Employees are very friendly and are happy to think along with you. I like to come there to buy gifts.

What a bad thing. Friday April 3 ordered flowers in the shop for April 4 for my mother's birthday, with an explicit question whether they could be delivered. That was no problem, said the saleswoman. Although she had to bring them herself. And then find out April 6 that nothing has been brought. Scandalous!!! Especially since my phone number is also noted if there is something wrong>
