During my pregnancy I participated in pregnant & fit. Recommended! To be able to exercise under good supervision until the end. It gave me energy, I got to know nice girls through it and because I continued to exercise during my pregnancy, it was easy to resume exercise after the birth. Glad I did this! In addition, Frederique is a nice person who has an eye for the group but certainly also the individual.

Recommended if you want to exercise with professional guidance during and after your pregnancy! Very good guidance, fun, good atmosphere and a nice way to keep fit. You will also be well prepared for your delivery because a different topic is central every week. Moreover, after your delivery you can not only come and exercise yourself, but there are also classes to exercise with your baby or take a baby massage course. And if you need a children's physiotherapist then you're also in the right place!

I enjoyed the pregnancy and fit classes during my pregnancy! Because of this very fit and healthy during my pregnancy. Frederique is a fanatic, professional and knowledgeable person, so you can exercise very responsibly. I also loved the boot camp on Saturday morning. A great start to your weekend. From week 13 to 41 always participated at my own level! Already active for a number of weeks with the recovery lessons! So that mom is back in shape quickly and responsibly!

During my pregnancy I enjoyed Frederique's Pregnant & Fit classes; she does this enthusiastically, fanatically and professionally. Now, years later, I participate in her boot camp classes (Na-Gym). Thanks to her knowledge and experience she always knows how to set up and guide the exercises in such a way that you can always participate. She has an eye for everyone in class. In addition, it is also fun and wonderful to do on Saturday morning !!

Frederique did a fantastic job of helping my daughter tripping over her feet. My daughter now asks when she can "exercise" again with Frederique. Very competent and great with children!
