Myrian Ermes

It is very clever how Myrian managed to connect a diversity of hospitality professionals last COVID year. This is due to her inexhaustible enthusiasm, commitment and energy. I think it is very good that every Friday morning a new topic has been prepared to discuss / discuss with the network. In 2020 she gave a very good webinar for Horeko customers about the 1.5 hour economy for restaurants. The collaboration with Horeko for 2021 is also on the rise.

In recent months I have been able to work with Myrian on a wonderful project for Floriade Expo 2022, the Customer Journey. It was a very nice collaboration. Myrian is a specialist in the field of hospitality and sees exactly where there are areas for improvement. The way you express what you think so directly is very inspiring to me. As a student, I have learned a lot from Myrian and can bring all her expertise into my own career. In addition to all the experiences that Myrian has in the field of hospitality, she is a super fun, open and humorous person and super nice to work with! I hope that in the future we can work together again on a creative project;)

For the past three years I have had the privilege of working with Myrian. Beyond her expertise, the personal element that Myrian brings is really an addition to a team. Myrian is not afraid to swim against the current; she notices details and points for improvement and gives this back to the organization in her own direct but pleasant way. Even if it is uncomfortable. With her humor and pragmatic approach, she is loved by many colleagues. If you are looking for someone who can shake up your organization, in the positive sense of the word, then you have to have Myrian. In addition to her skills as a category and project manager, Myrian is a very nice and committed colleague and above all a very nice person.
