May not receive people for an explanation of a new car.

Don't fall for listening to your insurance company like me and have your car repaired here. My 'regular' claims business was strongly discouraged and I hadn't listened to it. You can forget the good quality of the past + friendly. An ignorant and downright amateurish repair on my brand new Caddy where the entire back was creased. - There were lines where the old and new paint merged. A considerable difference in thickness in layers of paint - Cleaning stuff really everywhere - The complete rear windows were included in the spray booth - There was a primer coat on the taillights which they were going to brush off where I assisted, the taillight bursting with the heat I already warned them about (but who was I? ..) - A blue glow all over the bumper while it is black. All in all, 4 times back with the car with 2000km on the clock and eventually my insurance gave them a last chance to do everything right. In the end everything is more or less dissolved / polished away but I can tell you that it feels sour when dealing with your newly bought car! Twice I was taken into the workshop by an employee, whereupon I got the wind from a somewhat bigger man because I was somewhere where I was not allowed to come 🤷‍♂️ .. What pancakes, for me, never, never, never again. Regret it every day! Now again well to my own authorized repairer in Stramproy, who understands his profession.
