I have changed my previous review from 1 star to 4 stars. I was still very neatly helped by Specsavers Weert. Despite previous annoyances, I am very satisfied with how I have now been helped.
"Bought glasses in July 2019 and already 2x piece (leg loose.) The first time I got a new (same) frame. Super neat.
But now the leg is defective again. I've had a lot of glasses before, but the quality of these glasses is really worthless. Glasses that only last 2-3 months, that's really not possible.
Unfortunately Specsavers Weert could not do anything for me as I had already been back once. "
Very bad,
I am waiting at the door with a broken frame, I am spoken to by a fairly young salesman and my question to him is is it possible that this Certanium frame can be repaired, was namely loose at a welding point !!
Until I asked this young man to speak a little louder because both he and I had a face mask on, I got the answer he didn't think so and that I better buy a new pair of glasses to which I answered that I would like a new frame buy if the glasses could be transferred, you guessed it no I had to buy a total pair of glasses with glasses.
Told him that I found this a bit shameful, after which he went to ask the store if it was not possible after all.
Another saleswoman said that this was not possible and that he would immediately burst again.
Weird, he was also broken on a welding point.
Dear Specsaver, it is a pity that customers are treated like this, and now I also understand why maybe 12 members of staff are walking around in the store and are looking to see if prey comes in again, which can be used to earn a lot of money.
