We have been a customer at the Kim for more than 10 years, and we are more than satisfied, yes, we had already left others, but we have a lot of clothing and floor carpets treated there, and even pillows with Texel's sheep wool. We are not yet ready for the duvets, but we have always had our previous ones done They are 100% for both the management and the employees

I do not recommend this dry cleaning! All our curtains have shrunk considerably. The test curtain in our hall went well, but the curtains of the living room afterwards were messed up by the Kim dry cleaner. They then lowered the curtains so that we now also see the rail which was nicely concealed at first. The curtains are now very sloppy, look wrinkled and the pleats are no longer neat. A compensation was not to be talked about, the owner is very rude and certainly not customer friendly. They will never see us again !!!
