Had good contact with the staff via WhatsApp before arrival, but at the park itself the staff was not friendly and not helpful. The stay was not clean. The cutlery and service had not been cleaned. The bathroom door was broken. The sofas were very, very worn. Now the good points, there was underfloor heating, which was very nice. On arrival there was a bottle of wine and something to snack on. 4 beds were made while we paid for 2. We had not paid for towels but they were ready. The room was also romantically decorated upon request. In short, I would not recommend this stay!
