Amazing and friendly butcher where I buy all my meats multiple times per week. The meat is always from the highest quality and the employees are friendly and knowledgeable, being able to advise you which meat to buy for specific recipes. Additionally, you get great quality for a fair amount of money. Would advise this butcher to everyone!
Beautiful fillet steak marinated with the right spices, a touch of garlic, 1 rare and 2 medium fried in a grill pan. Correct temperature and let it 'rest' in aluminum foil after baking .... delicious.
When quality is more important than price. This applies to the fillet steak and certainly also to La Différence butcher shop. That makes the difference between the standard supermarkets and the old traditional butcher shops. Try it ...
