On the advice of acquaintances ended up at Van Benthum Haarden. A very nice showroom with a wide range of fireplaces. We were kindly received by appointment by Koen van Benthum. All our wishes then discussed at the table with Koen. Once we decided which fireplace we wanted, the fireplace could be installed. Everything was run smoothly and the fireplace was neatly installed by the highly skilled technicians. We are very happy with the fireplace that Van Benthum Fireplaces has installed. Definitely a must to go here when you can appreciate quality and craftsmanship!

In our search for a wall unit with a fireplace, we have visited many showrooms and places. The first impression at van Benthum and conversations with all involved were by far the best. With such expenses, quality is more important than price. After our wishes were extensively discussed, the price was (relatively) not too bad. The fireplace was installed in two days. The finish took longer because everything was against it. From leakage and havoc in the cupboard to incorrect delivery of the commercials. The shelves have had to be replaced three times due to crooked walls. All teams eventually visited us due to various issues. Quality is central to everyone and is most important to them. It just has to be right. You notice that all those involved want to deliver a beautiful, high-quality product. That sometimes takes a little longer, you need patience from both sides for that. Sometimes communication seemed to be a bit less. This has to do with crowds, holiday periods and dependence on suppliers and partners. Understandable. During this sometimes frustrating time, understanding has always been shown and they continued to think along with us for suitable solutions. At the end, we received appropriate compensation for our patience. After asking around, our case seemed to be an exception. A combination of many unfortunate circumstances. We are very happy with the fireplace that van Benthum has installed. Definitely a must to go here when you can appreciate quality and craftsmanship.
