Since I am not satisfied with my bicycle business in my hometown, I was advised by an acquaintance to pay Jacobs a visit. A small bicycle shop in Cuijk where I went for a special part. The owner of the business went to have a look for me, while I enjoyed a nice cup of coffee. The part was not in stock at the time, but I was promised that it can be ordered. My details were noted and I would be called when it comes in. A few days later I received a friendly phone call that the part had been received. I went to pick up the part and I left the store very satisfied. Overall a very customer-friendly store that really delivers what it promises. They will certainly see me again here and that is why five stars are more than justified for me.

A few weeks ago we went to Jacobs to get a rear tire properly fixed. This went well and the costs were slightly higher than Jacobs' estimate, but acceptable. After cycling for a while, the gear turned out not to work properly anymore and this had to do with the rear wheel. Went back by bike, so it could be repaired. Unfortunately, no service was provided so the mistake they made was not corrected, but payment would have to be made again. About 20 to 30 euros. When the bike was picked up they were very excited about a new gear they had put on it. Costs: € 66.00. Unfortunately, I expected to have found a regular bicycle repairer.

Initially helped by the owner's son and later by the owner, so father. What honest advice you get there. Purchased 2 electric bicycles. Top quality! This place, the people, deserve 5 stars indeed !!

At the age of 84 I still enjoy working here every day. We try to help all customers as best we can and do our best to provide customization. I would have no choice but to continue my passion here for a few more years.
