Fantastic concept, nice wine list, good snacks. But there is no question of hospitality here. Hardly any feeling of being welcome, no answer to (simple) wine questions and no information about the wine when pouring. That seems to me to be the essence of this concept.
The pinnacle was pouring a wine that was € 8.50 or € 9.50 per glass. "He went to look it up." It turned out to be € 9.50 he came to tell. Fine.
After a few minutes he arrived with his administration to say that he had made a mistake. "This wine is € 14.50 per glass, but you only pay € 12.50." So his own mistake was settled twice by the customers. That is really not done!
Having been confronted with this, after a lot of hassle the wine was nevertheless offered for € 9.50. Solution ok, procedure certainly not.
