I bought a MaxiSys Elite diagnostic system from Smeets Solutions in 2017 but after a while there were problems with the system, in 2018 I performed a recommended system update which unfortunately led to a crash, I then connected the MaxiSys tablet with a MaxiSys Ethernet- USB adapter and this connected to a fixed network in order to restore the system update again, that was successful, however it soon became apparent that there were problems with bluetooth and wifi that went out every now and then, after having put the system update on it again it went a bit better, not well but it was possible to work with it again, at the end of 2019 the system started to show problems again and then I reset the tablet with the result that I lost everything! I contacted Smeets to ask what to do, I was asked to send the tablet, I was only able to do this a long time later because of this. disease then covid19 came on top of it, which made it take even longer, eventually I sent the tablet and asked if the Smeets technicians (after replacing the software) wanted to test the tablet properly, it turned out after a while that something was wrong with the hardware in the tablet, Smeets then, in consultation with the manufacturer, equipped the tablet with a new motherboard and software and tested it again several times and found it good, then sent the tablet back to me. However, I became ill again, so I have already let colleagues work with the MaxiSys tablet, which now functions perfectly, I myself have only now been able to respond to all of this, but what is so special about this is that Smeets Solutions eventually did this free of charge. This was of course also due to the time that I could not use the tablet, but still this is really great, this deserves a compliment, thanks again for this.

Hello. I have purchased a VCDS. Ordered online and delivered neatly. However, there are some problems with registration. Called 8 times now, were in conversation and got advice to email. Emailed several times to support and info. No response. Question asked via website. No response. This is lousy service. So unreachable. They remain unreachable and do not call back by appointment

gangster practices, device bought for € 2400 after one year had an update done for € 595 device came back did not work at all, contacted device sent back, now after 6 months and 15 times they had calls always an explanation ready, now they say I will not get my device back for no reason, I can only give you good advice don't buy anything for your own good,

asked if they have a reader for a BMW E30 (OBD1) - no response. Another email sent - no response. Either it goes too well or they don't care.
