I called the police to ask where my car was and they said that it was pulled to a place in Maastricht and gave an address; checked it on the towing service company's website, everything okay, they have a shop in that address . However, when I went there and called the company a Mister picked up and argued that it was the fault of the police that I went to a place which has been closed for nearly 3 years. The funny thing is, I called the number of the Maastricht shop the day before and asked when I can pick up my car and the lady told me the opening-closing hours. The car was eventually in Geleen, which I still don't get why.

After bad luck in Belgium called with Mazda service, this company arranged this. We received a phone call from the company that they were arriving and that this would take approximately 45 to 50 minutes, with a towing time of 45 minutes. Then, taken to Beek on Sunday, and she arranged for a replacement tire. All in all they do what they promise to give good service, and are incredibly friendly. An extra thank you for Sjors really a craftsman with the heart in the right place.
