We are now at peace. It would not have been possible to have such a beautiful closure with our little "baby" cat Braddy. There was so much caring and respect from the beautiful and warm people working there... At the end of it all, we feel we don't find words to thank them enough for everything they did for us, for Braddy. We've chose the individual cremation for him and also we've assisted in the cremation room to see the door of the cremator closing behind him, seeing him for the last time. The room has a huge window wall, oriented East, letting the Sun brake through it. We had lived such a beautiful moment in there, letting him go, knowing he has found peace. A great weight from the soul was lifted in there. Words can't describe. Again, we can't thank you enough for everything you've done. All the love and respect. Alex&Cristina & Braddy

I had to hand over my 2 lots of Darco and Argo in a short time. Been there 2 times, very friendly and everything explained very nicely and I was helped well. Thx

We brought our Dogue de Bordeaux July 24, 2020 2 hours after his death. We have been received very well and very politely by Ramon. He has given us time to leave our giant with dignity, to return on Monday for a final goodbye and accompany us to the furnace. On Monday, despite the force majeure of a suddenly not working oven, we were allowed to come to say goodbye again, one of our other dogs was allowed to come along. On Wednesday it was final goodbye and now the 2 other dogs were allowed to say goodbye. In short, we are sad to lose our treasure, but very grateful for this nice farewell that helps a lot in the processing. Maas en Beek pet crematorium; Thank you !

Immediately made it very clear that I wanted to have a tattoo of his paw print and so needed a good paw print, I was talked out of ink in ink, they preferred to do it in clay, I saw an example of that and then asked for a picture of his paw, just to be sure. The clay print I got is useless and also very bad and they forgot to take the picture !!!! Bikkel had already been cremated so it is no longer possible, so unfortunately no tatoo from my big sweetheart😭😭😭 Thanks for making this very sad period even more sad !!! Just a supplement, after this reaction my friend has been bothered by the owner for the last 2 days if I do not want to delete this review, he no longer has my phone number ??? The same number with which he called me the day before ?? ? So much goes wrong there, that we now even doubt whether it is really what is in the urn, unfortunately DNA research of ashes is not possible, so people please find another crematorium !!!!
