Was fantastich
Particularly beautiful church. Built in the early 1800s. The interior is a beautiful combination of modern additions and classical antiquity. There is a beautiful wooden statue of Mary with Jesus as a baby and his grandmother Anna, made by the master of Elsloo in 1480.
A wooden cross can also be seen in the right side room, which dates from the 12th century. In addition, the stained glass windows donated by the wives of workers of the state mines are really beautiful to see. If you visit the beautiful village of Elsloo, a visit to this church is highly recommended. Kudos to the sexton of this church, he gave us a very nice tour in this beautiful church. 👍🏼✨😄
Nice church.
A place where you can relax. A beautiful church that has been spared the construction of the Juliana Canal. It is said that when drawing, an extra curve was planned to spare the church. Located on the old part of Elsloo. Close to the castle and the forest. A wonderful environment in my home village.
