As a regular customer I have always been satisfied until I recently opted for lenses. In the end, those lenses turned out not to be suitable for my eyes at all (even though they were specially made and were higher in cost). That in itself is still possible, but then I expect that Heunen will take that seriously and not indicate to me: "Okay, I pass that on and I order it off". Update November 2020: As indicated in the response from Heunen Opticiens, the problem has been resolved properly. Ultimately, a solution was expertly worked and the lenses now function fine.
