Order placed for the second time. First time was like. However, the second was not delivered (although according to the delivery person it was). The support department was friendly and I didn't get the feeling at all that they blamed us for this or didn't believe us (our word against the carrier's in the end). She responded very quickly to the emails and within 2 days they sent the order again, which was neatly delivered. Of course this can always happen. Bulbby is a party that at least solves it very neatly.

Dramaaa! Late shipment. No reply to emails. I don't recommend!

I ordered 2 backpacks. For my daughter and one to give away as a birthday present. Only one backpack arrived. I have often tried to call customer service in vain and to reach it by e-mail in vain. Thanks for nothing!!!!
