Unfortunately, this business has lost me as a customer; called ahead about flowers for a funeral bouquet, but when we got there there was almost nothing available! The lady who spoke to me on Wednesday morning was quite unkind and not cooperating. Kootje has quite a nice business, it is a pity that, at such a sensitive moment, you are spoken to in that way.
