Ordered flowers here for my mother-in-law via Euroflorist. Fresh guarantee of 7 days, but they have not even achieved the 4 days. Then received a 2nd booklet as a broker. Was half the size of the first bouquet, which would have cost a penny.
The owner came to deliver it to my mother-in-law and was able to tell that they had done it on purpose so that she would receive another bouquet. My mother-in-law is already of age and does not have a camera. Apparently nowadays you always have to take a picture of something else you just won't be believed anymore.
All in all very, very bad service and will never order my flowers here again.
