I have been coming here to the jeweler and optician for years. Good quality and service. The staff is very friendly, professional, respectful, helpful, collaborative and solution-oriented. There is a wide choice for young and old. If they don't have something, it can often still be ordered. And having a jewelry adjusted to your own liking is also an option. My first good glasses also come from Heunen. After I had worn some glasses from the cheaper optician chains. What a difference! And I still have it in good condition after 10 years. In short, I am very satisfied and I recommend everyone Heunen jewelers and opticians!

My mother-in-law (without an account) wanted to have an expensive watch repaired here. The watch has been sent. The repair costs were so high that a new watch from the same brand is a lot cheaper. Since she had an unpleasant feeling about this, she had the watch checked elsewhere. This opportunity occurred today. It now appears that the contact point in the watch has broken off. How can a contact point in the watch be broken off if it cannot open the watch itself ?? The watch has only been with Heunen for the last 20 years to have the battery replaced and with the manufacturer himself. You should not return a broken watch to a customer that she cannot get into herself. As a retailer you take your responsibility and you have to solve this in a correct way. The whole family has always been a customer here, not anymore. My mother-in-law now has an unusable watch, but the worst thing is that this watch had a special meaning for her.

After-sales service is particularly disappointing! OPERATION: I find the following reaction by Heunen Geleen striking. After half an hour of discussion with the branch manager, I was sent to the reed with a clod, while legally speaking I am completely in my right. Re-recording of contact seems to me irrelevant. It was made very clear to me that a ridiculously low discount on a new product would be the 'solution'. No thanks, I am watching this!
