Bought a ring in January, went back to the store September 8 because I lost two stones. Not bumped or anything, the middle one was just still there. In the shop, the woman said it was under warranty because no legs were bent and she couldn't see any damage. After two weeks I called to see how my ring was doing, they said it could take another two weeks .. October 1, I was called that it was finally ready, when they arrived in the store they said it would cost me € 55 because according to them I had not been careful with it and the legs were completely bent according to them, ring was no longer round so then stones fall out, that boy said, so in half a year I have to come back again because it happens more often. (would have been nice that they had told that when it was bought) I disagreed with this so I asked if I could be called back from HQ. Called customer service myself, would be called back the same day. Of course never called back. Never again for me Siebel, both the guy who works there and the customer service are not friendly at all.

A bit of a shame, my friend and I were in the shop this afternoon and were the only ones inside. A good afternoon was just around the corner, but otherwise we could apparently figure it out ourselves. Your conversation with each other was more important, because we were offered no help at all. We were planning to buy a new ring, but we also bought it at a jeweler who thought it worthwhile to approach us.

Bought my watch here, 1 year later it was no longer waterproof, I am then told that they cannot give a warranty on the watch, only the movement. Please don't buy anything here save yourself and go to another

What a worthless organization, SIEBEL !!! My husband bought an engagement ring at the Amersfoort branch. I had to send it back twice within 1.5 years because a diamond fell out, which then went on for a ridiculously long time. Now my ring is broken in half from scratch and even now I have not had the ring for 2 years. I have lost it for more than 1.5 months, I am not kept informed by customer service and Siebel does not take responsibility. I'm tired of it, what a worthless organization! I advise everyone not to buy anything from this commercial organization !!!! SIEBEL COME WITH AN APPROPRIATE SOLUTION AND TAKE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY !!!!!

Very disappointed in the service from Siebel Juweliers Amersfoort. I bought an engagement ring there. My fiancee was treated in a very unprofessional way. The ring still had to be entertained. When we came to the store together for this, the voucher was held several times in front of her, it seems logical to me that this should be dealt with discretely in the case of an engagement ring. However, if it had remained there, we would of course have been able to overlook this. However, my fiancee was also told that she could keep the ring in the old size to show to family and friends, until the ring was in the new size. However, she was called a few days later that she had to return the ring as soon as possible. Not so neat. However, what I find really annoying is that, when I reported this incident to customer service, I was told that I would be called back about this. This never happened. I have called back several times myself, each time the same promise was made to me, but I have never actually been called back. In addition, there were regularly no Dutch-speaking employees available, there was no reminder of my previous phone calls (apparently no file is kept at Siebel's customer service) and the language used by the employees is also not attested to professionalism. Several times the conversation ended with 'bye', which I would be fine with, were it not for me that I was already grumpy about previous matters. In summary: very poor customer service. If you want cheap jewelry you can order them just as well from any web store. Then at least you have a chance of good service. You don't have to count on that at Siebel. And they aren't that cheap either.
