I had a complaint about the wine delivered (it was not good) and it was treated in a very arrogant and threatening way. Absolutely no customer friendliness and / or. solution. The prices of the wines are also too high, elsewhere in the region you can find them cheaper in a nice store (as opposed to a dirty shed) and with service ..
Watch out with these people. Ordered wine did not live up to expectations. Descriptions are misleading. In the case of telephone contact about the complaint, you will be treated as a client in a rough and rough manner. There is no room for solution. Just lose money and bad wine at home. Wines also appear to be offered cheaper elsewhere. Once but never more wine from this seedy company, located in a shed on a shabby industrial estate.
Now ordered a number of times here and I am very satisfied. A wide range with a lot of choice. Friendly customer service and fast delivery. I definitely recommend this webshop. Just returned my Christmas wines!
