GWK is facilitating cash deposits for SNS bank. It got compromised by Hackers in December 2019 and it took them until end of February 2020 to accept cash deposits. Today our cas deposit was refused. We were accused that we are laundering money. But the money was gifted to us at our wedding. When asked for their names for a formal complaint, suddenly name tags disappeared and we were told that they lost them. Service: 0 out of 5 Customer service orientation: non existent Some people should simply not work in customer facing positions.

You finally come after a long search for a (paid) parking space in the station building, they are closed for renovation !!!!!!!! The plague back home and looked at the site again and yes they didn't even bother to put on the site that they are closed, Worthless and worthless business.

GWK Maastricht Central Station: worst experience ever !! GWK Maastricht Central Station. Worst experience ever !!! Picked up a small amount that was transferred from abroad. From the outset, the sour attitude of the cashier, a re-entering, stressed official, was NOT to pay. Was treated as the biggest criminal. Ridiculous irrelevant questions and huge suspicion !? Big shame. Give them a suit and they abuse their dominant position. Due to a spelling mistake in the name, no payment was made. She, and her more sour chef, had the best weekend of the year! A friend spoke 10 minutes later, who had exactly the same experience at GWK Station Maastricht. Close that tent !!! The 0 star rating did not work
