We made reservation by e mail and telephone.whe we arrived (1000km), they did not know about our reservation,cars are in dark garage -without light ,stands 20cm next to other car so it is very difficult to see anything. They fix cars to have better look on internet

Beware of this car showroom. They are fraudsters. They change the mileage on the car as they see fit. They are looking for big advances to sell the car and you can't agree on anything with them, because they lie all the time.

After arranging the dealer for a specific date and booking the car, upon arrival the dealer claimed that the car is reserved for someone else who will arrive in 2h, but if we want we can buy the car right away (such a cheap trick of the dealer, that we would buy immediately because another the customer will buy it soon). As it turned out, the announcement was still valid for two weeks. In English: After the appointment of a dealer on a specific date and make reservation the car when we arrive dealer claimed that the car is reserved for someone else who will come for 2 hours and want buy a car, but as we we want to, we can buy a car right now (such cheap trick dealer, we immediately bought because another client just buy it). Announcement was still two weeks active.
