We have had this company repaired an X6 due to an engine management failure with power loss. We confidently asked the owner to repair the car and also to look at the rest of the car. The car had to be brought back and forth 4x because the same problem arose every time we drove back to our company. This was already a sign that people were clearly not looking closely. The car has been with them for a total of 4 weeks over a period of 3 months. When the car was brought to us it remained in the showroom for sale. So it was not driven. All in all, the total was a 5000 euro repair. We did not bother about this because we were still confident that it would be resolved. The car was sold to a customer. After a few days, there was a significant oil-burning odor. We have sent the customer back to this company. They indicated to our customer that they do not smell anything when it was clearly smellable and they have treated our customer with disrespect so that our customer no longer wanted contact with this company. We had to look at it ourselves, and it turned out that where this company has carried out repairs, among other things, certain parts such as a rubber gasket with duck tape were attached !! Tools were also found between the radiator. This also meant that the radiator had to be replaced. Owner Roger continued to deny this .. We had the gasket made ourselves (a part of 10 euros, but that shows that the car was not seriously looked at with a repair of 5000 euros!). For this amount we could also have brought the car to a BMW dealer. Contacted the company and immediately indicated they should look into it and it was going to cost. We took the car to another (a real) BMW specialist. Also an old colleague of Roger !! A lot came out; parts that were not replaced but invoiced! The original problem was found. An invoice of another 3,500 euros that this company actually had to solve in the beginning if it had looked seriously at it. Timeless waste at this dishonest company. You have been warned with this company, it is all scam that your car is not seriously looked at and parts are not replaced while you are billed!
