Super wide choice of materials, excellent advice about window coverings, neatly hung by 1st class home furnishings, in short, old-fashioned service by a modern company and a very satisfied customer.

Very nice thing. Beautiful materials in fabrics and textiles. Beautiful and diverse window coverings from curtains to blinds. Very good feeling from the service. The saleswoman was friendly, enthusiastic but not intrusive and had clear knowledge. Received good advice and ideas and received samples

Very bad experience with this company. Ten years ago all window upholstery purchased and excellent help, nothing to criticize. Now we have overhauled our blinds. There was a (for us) new employee, older man. This was very unfriendly and unhappy. Part of the blinds made of blinds could be repaired on site. No phone call or something, had to come by himself after a few weeks to see if they were ready. This turned out to be the case and I could take them back. Subsequently, 1 was sent to the factory. After a few weeks I went to see if he was ready. Was it not even sent! After another few weeks to see if it was already ready, it turned out that he was still in the factory. After passing by again for a few weeks to ask again, it turned out that he was ready. I expressed my displeasure at the fact that there had been no contact with me, but there was no apology in any area. Just bluntness and a grumpy face. I will never go to Gorissen again unfortunately.
