Making an appointment seems almost impossible, unfriendly assistants and poor service in general. "Come back in X weeks, we will see if there are still complaints" they say. Worthless

Too bad if you call after half an hour can come. And then with a baby of 8 months 50min in the waiting room. And that if you live there for 2 minutes.
