I live in California and I placed an order for a small bouquet of flowers on Wednesday morning (12 am, 09:00 NL local time). I requested a delivery to a very special friend at a business with the comment, between 12:00-16:00 please. They were delivered during that time on Wednesday without any issues at all.
The flowers were fresh and the bouquet was larger than I expected. Although I cannot smell them, I was told the flowers smell very nice. I am very pleased with the service, delivery, flowers.
I plan to order more when I have the need and I plan to visit the shop one day.
my family has been going to this florist for years and absolutely loves their range of flowers, the warm customer service and prices/quality.
I always order flowers via their own website; it’s user friendly and easy to navigate through. Since I’m international, I usually call to check what time it can arrive and they’re extremely supportive and kind. The flowers are beautiful, reasonably priced and they always respect my wishes to deliver it at a certain time!!

Very beautiful bouquets, by appointment and Covid proof and durable. I was very pleased.
Order flowers day in advance, business is open at 9 am and 3 minutes from delivery address and then only receive the flowers at 3 pm, had called about this birthday was ruined. This case lacks empathy.
