It took a little longer, I heard afterwards because of breakage, but the cups are of a fantastic quality, especially considering the price. Well worth the wait! Pleasant contacts and very correctly packaged. Recommended.

On September 20 I placed an order for a large amount from Cozy and Trendy. Three weeks ago I received an order, 3 small coffee spoons and a cake maker. Something I didn't order at all. After contacting the man told me that this was a mistake and that he was going to send the correct order and that I could expect it two days later. Unfortunately saw nothing. After contacting him again, he said again that he was going to ship the order and we could expect it the next day. Unfortunately we saw nothing again. Contacted myself for the third time, then I was suddenly told that part of the order was not yet in stock because of the Corona but that he was going to send the rest. I could expect it no later than Wednesday, he insisted he said. Unfortunately we saw nothing again. For the fourth time to contact me again, he said there was a mistake that he was going to find out and called me back. I have not received a call back and still received nothing. I've been waiting for my order for over a month now. Contacted four times for this and never kept his promise. I sincerely hope that I still receive my order and that I can still recommend the store.

Thankfully my order arrived today after several weeks of waiting. Everything in order except for one article that is yet to come. Nice that a free mug was given as a gift for the long wait for my order. Thanks! To get the 4 stars, work should be done on communication with the customer: proactively email or call the customer with all information about his order and / or delivery and any information about delays.
