I went to have a look with my daughter. In the center of the store was a table with clutter on it and five empty chairs. We visit Maastricht for a few days. My daughter (a beautiful half African woman) is the smaller sniffer of the two of us and she took a seat at the table so that I could rummage about. Three ladies of the staff also took a seat at the table after 10 minutes. Looked at my daughter with a nasty look and one of the ladies said in an unfriendly tone that my daughter had to leave. "This table is for staff only. That is not possible. Nowhere is it that you just sit at the table. Even in the Bijenkorf you can not just sit". My daughter apologized and said it had not been clear to her. Well ... they didn't get it. She was looked outside as if she had done something scandalous. Obviously I didn't want to buy anything here anymore. Very unfortunate that the ladies looked at her out of nowhere as one group. The way my daughter was addressed is out of proportion. Why?
