No doorbells give us takeaway drivers a delivery delay of +/ minutes, so please ask the owner to install them if your food waarm

Horrible building to live in, the wifi is horrendous even though they keep saying they will fix it, it never seems to happen. Every time you have a problem and ask the building manager to fix it nothing really happens. It is old and a lot of things seem to be in disrepair but Xior does not really seem to care about upkeep despite their high rent. Far from the inner city so if you have class there do know that it is about 20min by bike. Would not recommend choosing this place.

Internet is absolute torture. If you play online games, then this studenthouse is not for you, either you do not move here at all or you buy your own internet, otherwise it becomes unbearable

Great accommodation with great facilities. Staff is caring and they act quickly if you have any problem.
