The former Tapijn barracks, now used by the University (UMIO, SBE and the Library). The entire building will be officially opened on the 29th of May, but due to the shortage of study spaces, the Library-operated part is already open, which is located in the basement-level (turn left after entering the main entrance, down the stairs). When completed, the building will be home to both tutorials and lectures. There are/will be around 150 study spots, mostly small booths for 1-2 person(s), a very limited number of 2-4 person booths, larger group rooms and two large rooms (in ICL lingo: one quiet and one silent room). As of the time of writing, eating is not allowed in any study space and there is no coffee machine or catering available (yet). The bathroom in the right (west) wing is (for the time being) gender neutral, so don't get confused by the lack of signs (it's room C-1.025). There are separate bathrooms on the left (east) wing, but there are no signs yet.
