We stayed one night at Huize Mesch on the first Christmas night. After a warm welcome we enjoyed our stay in the garden room and had a beer from the common lounge. They have many hiking maps for the area and they are a 5 min walk away from the village center and the Belgium border. Mesch was the first Dutch village that had been liberated during WWII. The area is nice and also close to Maastricht. The room is comfortable, breakfast is fresh and they have their home-made jellies. So a nice place to relax, enjoy nature and to visit the cities in the area.

Delicious breakfast and nice environment. The hostess and the host were super! And it is also fun with the dog. And on top of that, the rooms are clean and fresh. Highly recommended if you want to sit near Maastricht.
Great B&B. Very hospitable reception by Anita and Wim. Fine rooms. Ideal base for walking and cycling in the beautiful Limburg hills. We are definitely going back.
Had a wonderful stay of 2 nights at the Mesch house. Dear owners, a great welcome (due to an anniversary) nice room with a wonderful shower. Breakfast is well cared for in a separate room. The owners are very helpful with tips for trips in the region, and also for eating out.
They have a nice back garden that they make available.
In short, a must if you are looking for a wonderful stay in a quiet community with many opportunities for trips into nature and to Maastricht.
